Powers: Plasma Generation/Manipulation - Siobhan possesses the ability to generate 'bombs' made of explosive plasmic energy. These 'bombs' can be made varying sizes though her current range is marble sized to one just a tiny bit smaller than a basketball which could demolish a small 3-4 room apartment. The explosive balls can be thrown and Siobhan can 'remote detonate' them at her choosing, though if throwing them hard enough they will explode upon impact with whatever the target, if solid. She is also immune to the blasts and any blowback they create. (Siobhan has reluctance to make use of this power due to the volume of the explosion her 'bombs' make)
Feline physiology/reflexes: Siobhan's second power makes her part cat. She can jump higher and move up to four times faster than the average olympic level athlete. Also she has the ability to shift her eyes to that of a feline to see further and in darkness and her other senses are also heightened and she has claws that come out of her fingertips that are razor sharp and up to three inches in length. Very slight healing factor when it comes to claw emergence/retraction.
Weaknesses: Siobhan is vulnerable to any of the normal human dangers such as guns, knives and poisons, as well as most any power, she's just harder to catch.

+ Siobhan Vondas was born in 1990 in Estonia. Her true birth name is unknown and her mother was a participant in a genetic engineering program hoping to create 'enhanced soldiers' by several Russian scientists but escaped. Siobhan is an unknowing product of said program, has no natural father since she was designed in a test tube and as an adult in the present day she believes herself to be a mutant.
+ In Summer 1991 along with her mother, she was smuggled over to America by the man known as the Greek, with intent by the mother to work in one of the Greek's underground whorehouses. - In November of that year, Siobhan's mother is killed by an overzealous john, who in turn is killed himself on the orders of the Greek. The Greek adopts the young girl, then only known by the presumed nickname 'Syl', an alias she will come to use later in life. She is given the name Siobhan Vondas by the Greek before year's end.
+ 1992-1995: Siobhan lives with The Greek and his wife at their home in Baltimore Maryland, until the wife dies of cancer.
+ 1996: Siobhan accidentally bares witness to a murder committed by the Greek and a couple of his men, and when she is discovered it is soon realized that she was completely indifferent to what she'd seen and hadn't made a sound after watching for several minutes. The Greek decides to train her in the murder side of his business.
1996-2003: Siobhan trains in the arts of assassination, thievery, and dirty fighting under the Greek and his inner-circle as they travel the world to various locales that The Greek has business operations at. During this time Siobhan has the luck to experience the cultures and sights of twenty-three countries.
2004: Siobhan makes her first kill at age 14 in San Diego California, her victim a young drug dealer in the Greek's employ who had been flipped by the local police. Pretending to have interest in him, she lured the boy into an abandoned storage facility with the promise of sex, only to have the Greek and two of his inner circle waiting for them. After watching Sergei and Niko beat the boy senseless, The Greek offered her a knife and at his nod, Siobhan knew immediately what he wanted her to do, and without hesitation as the two other men held him, she slit his throat without blinking an eye.
2004-2006: Siobhan kills a further eight people, four of them by herself and without back up. Mostly her victims were rats and people who owed money to her surrogate father and had taken too long to pay him off. Often she would use her young age and innocent appearance as a form of deception to get close to her victims. One of her kills even took place on her fifteenth birthday, and the Greek allowed her the dead man's wallet rather than keep it himself, and with it twenty-three hundred dollars.
2006: Siobhan's powers first manifest at age sixteen, and The Greek brings her to his ancestral home in Greece for the following eight months until she is able to fully control them. She eventually decides only to use her power of Plasma generation/manipulation in extreme circumstances as the bombs she can make tend to draw attention. She did regularly make use of her feline side in subsequent murders and as one of the Greek's enforcers.
2007-2013: The world travels resume for Siobhan, The Greek and his inner circle.
2013: Siobhan first arrives in Reighs City when the Greek decides to set up another base of operations nearby the city's seaport. Intrigued by the odd occurences happening in the city, The Greek decides to settle there, and Siobhan and his inner circle remain as well.
2013-2015: The Greek builds up a smuggling operation at the Coastal Port, working with the heads of a couple of the local unions to disappear merchandise, and sneak drugs and prostitutes in from overseas. By the present day, Siobhan's current body count stands at forty-two*, the young woman having become the Greek's main assassin and now a true member of his inner circle. - Unknown as yet to Siobhan but just now to Reighs City comes one of the Russian men who was among those to have created her, along with two further children of the project with intent to capture her.
*(Through use of her powers, she has managed to escape being caught or even suspicion in any of them. Now aged twenty-five, and though she is unwaveringly loyal to the Greek and loves killing, Siobhan has begun to secretly wonder just how long her luck will last.)

RP sample: They didn't get very far on their march through the facility before coming up against opposition in the form of fellow mutants and agents alike, all of them loyal to the organization that Vondas loathed with every fiber of her being. The blonde molecular/feral figured there wasn't a soul among those who'd just been freed from stasis that didn't feel the exact same way, and so when she spied Cutter making her way toward where she was currently standing, and Jaz orders her to deal with the other blonde, Vondas adopts a sinister smirk and gives an eager nod in reply.
She lets her hands spread out from her sides as she moves toward Cutter as well, and then in a blur of motion, hurls her twin plasma bombs at the floor on either side of the other mutant, and then rapidly forms another, this one larger and launches the bowling ball sized bomb directly at Cutter. She turns away as the bombs explode, not bothering to see how Cutter had fared against them, and grabs an agent that charges at her, using her past training as an unofficial assassin to get her legs under the man and with a twisting move, has him on the floor with her straddling his chest to pin him down.
With near blinding she pounds away at his face with her small fists to daze him, and then raises her right above her head while her left grabs his throat to make him choke. In her raised hand, another plasma bomb forms, this one about the size of a pingpong ball, and with a scream and bit of glee she brings it down and shoves it into the man's mouth. Then she presses down on the bottom part of his face with both hands, not letting him spit it out. A couple moments later Vondas' sick grin widens as the bomb goes off, obliterating the man's head and splattering herself with blood and brain matter.
"Sorry sweetheart." She says cruelly at the more or less decapitated corpse beneath her as she then reaches into his suit and steals his wallet. "Would say it was wrong place and time, but really you should have known this job was a killer babe. We can catch up later in Hell and I'll apologize for this whole thing even... Oh and do me a favor and give my best to the others, tell em all I miss them terribly okay? Great." She adds, regarding her other past victims.
A moment or so later she heard Jaz's call and hops up to make her way over, generating a series of small bombs that she throws randomly at Genomex loyal agents and mutants alike, not really caring if they hit home or not, just that it kept them away from grabbing her as she ran towards her friend and hopefully freedom.
