A decent sized aircraft hangar connected to a fully functioning house. Though these buildings were abandoned due to a fire, it has been restored. This house is quite a bit of ways away from the city, and only a small dirt road connects it to the main roads. The path is poorly cared for, so low riding vehicles beware. Signs that Ian is in the house include an abundance of fauna in the area along with fauna that does not really belong in this environment. The fauna is created by Ian and used as a security system, if someone's coming, they're going to be spotted.
