Fresia tapped her fingers thoughtfully on the side of her Bloody Mary, her tongue swiping out and wetting her lips. The villain was clearly bored, her gray eyes drooping slightly. Not to mention kind of sleepy. Taking a brief swig of the alcoholic drink, Fresia felt the burn of the vodka slip down her throat. This wasn't her first drink, but Fresia rarely let herself divulge in such frivolities.
So boooored.
The twenty-three year old pursed her lips, which were painted a vibrant blood red. Now Fresia carefully took a sip of the strong drink in front of her. What kind of things were out there? She could take on a mission, or.. she could join one of those foolish clans. Hn.
Now.. which one appealed to her most?

Reiner had had a tough day. With the Strike Out team separated, he didn't honestly know where to go now. He knew he had to keep Doniel safe though. Just because Striker was heading down a new road, he was still Reiner's friend and would kill him if Reiner didn't try to at least keep some of the team together. Dean had firmly stated he could make it on his own and went his own way. Reiner had tried to get him to stay with him and Doniel, but Dean wouldn't have it. Not that they really expected Dean to take this lightly, but Dean was pissed, and also admittably cautious. He said he needed to go talk to some contacts to make sure there was a back up plan if something failed. Not that he was very specific, but Reiner knew he would be keeping close tabs on everyone, just from a distance. He knew he could trust Dean on his own, but Reiner still worried.
After finding a new place to go, Doniel had taken to moving everything in while Reiner went looking for low-key jobs. Reiner wasn't sure if they should build another team up or join someone else. He wasn't spreading news yet about Strike Out's break up. He was still trying to get all his ducks in a row before they became the talk of the criminal underground. Strike Out had been relatively quiet recently, so he knew going to the underground city, there was bound to be some questions of where Striker was, but for now, Reiner had to simply state that he was still in jail because it had been known that Striker, Conner, and Ember had been caught for their last crime. Reiner was trying to find a story that didn't show anyone as the bad guy, but criminals didn't just peacefully go their separate ways very often. Especially if criminals were never going to be seen around allies again. Reiner thought he could give the story that Striker, Ember, and Conner, after they got out of jail had decided they were skipping cities. Reiner, Doniel and Dean had opted to stay behind and so now the team was no more. But there was still bound to be lots of talk about this. People were going to make assumptions that Striker had lost his nerve, which Reiner thought wasn't too much off the mark, but he supposed as long as they didn't find out the truth, then there wasn't a problem.
Doniel, like Reiner, was a little depressed but tried to hide it. Reiner's way of coping with depression was to drink, whereas Doniel's way to mope around in front of the tv. So that lead Reiner to being here, at the underground criminal bar. He ordered his drink and took at seat at the bar. He knew all too soon, someone would strike up at conversation, and he was proven to be correct when the bar tender waltz over to him with his drink.
"Where's that Leader boy of yours who doesn't drink alcohol?" She asked.
"Still in jail from his last mission." Reiner answered with a shrug and he took a swing of the liquid that burned his throat.
"Heard the youngest got caught for the first time too. How she liking juvie?" The bar tender smirked.
"Guess I'll find out when she gets out, huh?" Reiner replied giving his best smirk back to assure her everything was okay.
"It was always a wonder how she never managed to get caught with any of you, but I guess you guys shielded her from a lot, huh?"
"She's plenty skilled, but just didn't want her to face consequences just yet. Course, I supposed, it was bound to happen. But we'll planning a break soon." Reiner shrugged again.
"Who's breaking them out?" The bar tender leaned in.
"Now, now, you know we keep confidentiality. The best criminal team around doesn't get it's name if they're gossipers." Reiner shot. The bar tender rolled her eyes, seeming a little put out. Clearly, she had hoped Reiner would let things slip.
"That all you need?" She asked gesturing to his drink.
"I'll probably need more than this, but I'll flag you down when I need more." Reiner replied. The lady nodded and then was off to make more drinks for other customers. Reiner was relieved not to have so many questions thrown at him right now and just relaxed with his drink.
