Fayte Syndr (wip)

Personality
    Fayte is what one would call, a strong independent woman who does not need no man. She has been alone most of her life with her father's death and has not had any good male models in her life causing a slight distrust and a low outlook towards those of the opposite sex, especially older men.
    She likes to accomplish things on her own and has trouble asking others for assistance when she needs it. If she's given an impossible task she will likely work herself to death trying to complete that task. If she is met with failure she tends to take it a bit too harshly sometimes and can beat herself up over it for quite a while. She clings to her regrets a bit too much for her own good, and harsh words meant to degrade that are spoken to this women are futile unless they're from someone she is close to.
    She tends to have quite the attitude towards others, this is increased by tenfold towards those who break and twist rules. She does not approve of the criminal lifestyle unless it's absolutely necessary for survival, and looks down on criminals. This can often lead her to get into deeper trouble when mixed up in dangerous situations involving criminals as you can possibly already imagine.
    She's a very down to earth character that thinks everything has a reason and there is no magical things such as psychic abilities or powers. She believes that there's either some major science, coincidence or manipulation going on. For example, during a magic show she would point out how this 'magic' was being performed. Let's say a magician finds a seemingly random dead fly lying around. He then takes it into his hands, blows on it, and it springs to life and flies away. While everyone is ooing and aahing Fayte would explain that the fly had been put into a cold climate to go into a hibernation state and seemingly be dead, the warmth of the magician's hands and breath woke it up, only making it seem as if he brought it back to life.

Abilities
    Despite her attitude towards powers, she has some of her own. She does not know of them yet but will discover them as time goes on.
    Telekinesis/Psychokinesis || She can control and move objects to her will. She cannot lift something like a truck very high or even very quickly. The smaller the object is the faster it moves, she has not reached the point to effect human beings or to damage the object, such as picking up a can and denting it through sheer psychic power. This power is weak and undiscovered, though activates during extreme negative emotions subconsciously like fear, sadness and anger. Though it likely wont throw anything around and merely lift it unless she is in immediate danger.
    Dreamscape || She has the ability to enter dreams of others, and speak with them. She cannot manipulate the dream in any way however. This is forcefully done by either sleeping next to another person, while she can do it willingly if she were to try. If she does this without going to sleep herself, she will be placed into a trance like state where she cannot hear or see anything around here. She cannot move or wake up unless the person who's dream she is in wakes up or she leaves the dream willingly. The same goes for if she either is forced into entering another dream or she accidentally enters another's dream, she will be unable to wake up unless the other person wakes up or she leaves it. It is difficult for her to tell dreams apart from her own dreams, so its difficult for her to tell that she is invading another's dream when she performs this ability.
    Precognition || She holds the ability to see into the future, though this does not happen often. It will only show her events with people close to her and is usually triggered by something that might relate to the event though it can happen randomly. For example, if someone she is close to is going to get involved in a rock slide, then holding a small rock might trigger the precognition.
    Shutdown || If Fayte is attacked by a psychic ability such as mind control, mind reading and such, her mind will reject the energy and shutdown to prevent it from getting to her. This makes her immune to other psychics, but is also a good way of subduing her and testing to see whether or not someone is pulling some kind of mind games though she might not appreciate being used in such a way.
    Parkour || Caught up in a crazy fab with her friends in school, Fayte took up parkour. She lacks the style to do free-running, but is pretty good at getting from point a to point b in a course full of obstacles than most people. If she were able to combine this skill with her psychic abilities she would be able to get to places much quicker thanks to manipulating objects to provide a landing spot such as a space to jump on between two buildings.
    Self Defensive Combat || She's taken quite a few classes in self defense when her mother was alive, her mother feared that she might get involved in the same business her father did, so she had her daughter take plenty of classes. She does not know offensive combat however.
    Acting/Performance || She can be quite deceptive when she wants to be, she's good at weaving stories for herself and acting the part. She has considered pursuing the career of an actress, but circumstances have but a hindrance on her opportunities.

    Combat || Faye knows her stuff when it comes to self defense, but as for actually attacking back effectively she's lacking. The most she's got is getting a knife and waiting for you to attack her so she can maneuver the strength against you.
    Ignorance -|| She lacks knowledge of her own abilities, she does not know what she can and cannot do so she may as well be just a normal human being at least until she figures out that the reason things float by her when she's angry is because of her.
    Mental Shutdown || as I stated before, when a psychic ability is used on her mind, her mind shuts down into unconsciousness. This makes her immune to them but also means that it's a quick and effective way of knocking her out.

    She was born into an average household with a single mother.  Her grandmother on the mother's side was wealthy, but refused to fund her daughter because of the man she married. A month or so after she was born, her father walked out the door and never came back. Fayte then had a fairly normal life from then on, attending school and getting average grades. However once high school hit her grades began to drop and she eventually dropped out to take up more part time jobs. Her mother had fallen ill. A full year dragged on until her mother finally passed away and she was picked up by her grandmother who despised her father. She stayed with her for a while, however the grandmother had been hunting down her legal guardian, and dumped her in Reighs City to go find him.

Current Relationships
    Leon Krank || Her current legal guardian though she knows nothing of him and is currently searching for him.
